Acupressure
Clinical acupressure (CA) is commonly described as acupuncture without the needles. Pressure points on the body are held with firm, gentle finger pressure which allows a release and re-balance to take place in the body. During a session, many combinations of these pressure points are used to access and address the vital energies of the body. By doing this, clinical acupressure promotes wellness and rejuvenation.

What to Expect:
When you arrive, Patty will take time to talk with you about what your expectations are for your session, what brought you in, and what challenges you are experiencing both emotionally and physically.Based on this information, Patty will then customize a session for your individual needs to facilitate a rejuvenating, relaxing, and transformative session.

Clients then lie on a massage table, fully clothed and are encouraged to relax the body and mind. Sessions typically range from 30 to 90 minutes. When complete a short recap of the session is discussed…What did the client experience? Do they have any questions? What did Patty as the practitioner experience?
